Enjoyed the session. The instructor was thorough in her explanations and clear in her demonstrations. It was also very helpful to attend the session in-person because she brought us through step-by-step and taught us how to use the pump for various purposes. Would highly recommend attending the in-person session.

Attended this physical workshop with my spouse after purchasing the Hegen breast pump set. Glad that we attended as this session is very informative to teach us the importance of breastmilk to baby, and helping us to learn how to assemble, disassemble and wash the pump parts. Also learnt many tips on how to operate the settings to ensure the setting is right, and there is a free flange size measurement at the end of the session to make sure mummies are using the correct size when pumping!
