Please note that complimentary personalisation is available exclusively at the Takashimaya pop-up and only on the designated dates listed above. Requests outside these dates or venue will not be accommodated. 

Only brand-new bottles from The Hunny Days Collection purchased during the event period are eligible for complimentary name personalisation. 

An original proof of purchase is required for verification before personalisation can be carried out.

Personalisation services are only available on the designated dates: 1 July, 4–5 July, and 9–12 July 2026. We encourage visitors to plan their visit accordingly.

Our exclusive Hunny font will be used for English names, while 时尚型 will be used for Chinese names.

• Up to 9 characters for English names (including spaces) 
• Up to 4 characters for Chinese names 

 Any unsupported characters will be automatically excluded from the final design
