For the month of December 2025, enjoy complimentary name-only personalisation with a minimum spend of $60 on Hegen products at participating department stores. Only the Hegen bottles purchased under this promotion will be eligible for personalisation. T&Cs apply.

 

How to Redeem Your Complimentary Personalisation Service

Step 1 — Shop Hegen at participating department stores in December 2025 

Spend at least $60 on Hegen products between 1–31 December 2025 at:

·       BHG Bugis Junction

·       Isetan Scotts

·       Isetan Serangoon Central (NEX)

·       Takashimaya Department Store

·       TANGS at Tang Plaza

·       TANGS at VivoCity

 

Step 2 — Bring Your Receipt and Purchased Items for Personalisation  

Bring eligible Hegen bottles* along with the relevant receipt from participating department stores to the Hegen Experiential Centre for complimentary name-only personalisation.

Please bring along: 

  • Original purchase receipt(s) dated between 1-31 December 2025 from participating department stores. 

  • *Only Hegen bottles in brand-new, unopened, in-box condition (required for hygiene purposes). 

  • *Hegen bottles that are not purchased from participating department stores will NOT be eligible for complimentary name-only personalisation. 

 

Step 3 — Personalise Your Bottle 

Choose from 5 font options (maximum 9 characters for English fonts and 4 characters Chinese fonts) below and enjoy complimentary name-only personalisation.

Purchase & Eligibility 

What purchases qualify for the complimentary personalisation?

Any purchase of minimum $60 on Hegen products, excluding accessories, made between 1–31 December 2025 at participating department stores.

If my $60 spend is across different receipts, will it still qualify?

Yes, as long as all receipts are dated within the period of 1 – 31 December 2025 for eligible Hegen products and collectively meet the $60 minimum.

Are online purchases eligible?

No. Only in-store purchases from the listed participating departmental stores are eligible.

If I buy in January 2026, can I still redeem?

No. Only purchases made within December 2025 qualify.

Product Requirements

Can I open and use the purchased Hegen products before the name personalisation?

For hygiene and quality assurance, personalisation can only be performed on brand-new, unopened, and unused items.

Can I personalise accessories?

Additional customisations or extra Hegen By Me designs are available as a top-up service, price starting at $3 per accessory or design. Please check with our team when you bring your Hegen bottles to the Hegen Experiential Centre for personalisation. They will advise you on the available options and fees to top-up.

Is there a character limit?

For Hegen By Me personalisations, you are allowed up to 9 characters for English text and up to 4 characters for Chinese text, including spaces. No emojis or Unicode characters allowed.

Can I amend the name or font choice after printing?

Once the name-only personalisation is completed, no changes can be made.

How long does the personalisation take?

Customers will be able to collect their bottles on the same day, within an hour.

Promotion Validity & Cut-Offs

What is the redemption period?

All redemptions must be completed by 30 January 2026.

Can I request an extension after 30 January 2026?

No extensions will be granted beyond the stated period.

General Information

Is personalisation available at participating departmental stores?

No. All complimentary personalisation must be redeemed at the Hegen Experiential Centre.

What happens if I lose my receipt?

Receipts are required for this redemption. Hegen reserves the right to decline redemptions without valid proof of purchase.
