The challenge is open to participants worldwide. Just ensure your profile is public on the social media platform that you post your video on so we can view your entry.
What do I need to participate?
To take part in the #Hegen5SecsChallenge, you’ll need:
✅ A Hegen feeding bottle – The challenge must be completed using an official Hegen feeding bottle.
✅ A smartphone – To record and upload your attempt.
✅ An Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account – Your profile must be public for us to verify your entry.
✅ The official challenge audio (recommended) – Use the challenge audio to make your entry seamless. If you’re not using it, ensure your video includes a visible timer to prove you completed the challenge within 5 seconds.
Do I have to use the official Hegen challenge audio?
- Using the official audio is highly recommended as it stops exactly at 5 seconds, making verification easy.
- If you choose not to use the official audio, your video must feature a visible timer to confirm completion within 5 seconds.
Can I submit multiple entries?
Yes! Each unique attempt counts as a new entry—this means a new recording of you attempting the challenge in a different setting, time, or approach.
Reposting the same video or slightly edited versions of the same attempt will not be considered as separate entries. The more valid and unique submissions you post, the higher your chances of winning!
Will spam accounts or duplicate entries be counted as valid entries?
No, only genuine accounts and unique entries will be considered. Spam accounts, newly created or inactive accounts with little to no activity, and duplicate entries using the same footage will not be counted as valid entries.
We encourage authentic participation to keep the challenge fair for everyone!

Does speed matter in this challenge?
- The official challenge audio stops exactly at 5 seconds after the countdown of: "5,4,3,2,1, GO!" As long as you assemble the bottle before the audio ends, your entry qualifies.
- If you do not use the challenge audio, your video must have a visible timer to verify completion within 5 seconds.
Can I feature other people in my video?
Yes! Feel free to get creative and involve family or friends! There is no limit to the number of people in your video.
However, if your entry is selected as a winner, we will contact the account holder of the posted video directly for prize redemption.
Do I have to show my face in the video?
No, showing your face is optional. You can focus the video on your hands assembling the bottle or create a fun and unique setup.
What happens if I upload a video but forget to tag Hegen or use the hashtag?
Your entry will not be counted.
Tag @hegen in your post and use #Hegen5SecsChallenge in your caption to qualify.
Challenges Prizes & Redemption
How will the winner be selected?
The winner will be selected by Hegen from all valid entries.
Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning, but creativity is highly encouraged — unique, fun, and engaging submissions may be featured on our official channels!
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be contacted directly by the Hegen team.
If I win, when must I redeem my prize?
The 3D2N trip must be redeemed by the end of 2025. If the winner cannot travel within this period, the prize will be forfeited.
What happens if I win, but I am based in Singapore?
If the winner is from Singapore, they will receive a 3D2N luxury staycation for two instead of an international trip.
