About the Role
As a Senior Executive, International Business, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Hegen’s international growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing and nurturing relationships with international partners, and driving revenue growth to achieve our ambitious goals. Responsibilities:

Drive Market Expansion

  • Identify, evaluate and penetrate new markets through robust market analysis, competitor intelligence, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to each region, ensuring successful market entry and sustained growth.
  • Maintain global pricing strategies in alignment with company objectives and market positioning

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with international clients and strategic partners to maximise market potential.
  • Provide on-site support including product/brand demonstrations, business negotiations, and resolving any client concerns or issues
  • Act as a liaison between international clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and seamless execution of international business initiatives

Sales Forecasting & Production Alignment

  • Work closely with key distributors to understand sales forecasts and ensure production schedules are aligned to meet market demands efficiently
  • Equip clients with product information and product training for new launches
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation

Performance Reporting & Governance Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all business records, contracts, pricing agreements, and operational documentation in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on market performance, sales results, and business opportunities, and recommend strategic actions for continuous improvement.
  • Safeguard brand IP by tracking and monitoring potential infringements to support the global anti-counterfeit initiative.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in international business development, export sales or key account management
  • Strong commercial acumen, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with global clients and colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Proactive, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different time zones and cultural environments
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency and versatility with Microsoft Applications
  • Knowledge in ERP applications is an advantage
