The Hegen Foundation is our heartfelt commitment towards giving back to the community. It allows us to support causes that create meaningful, lasting impact for communities today and generations to come.

Hegen Cares is our way of showing up for the community through meaningful product support, purpose-led partnerships, and hands-on volunteering initiatives.

Hegen Cares: COVID-19 Support

Touched by a story from a nurse working through pregnancy during the pandemic, we launched Hegen Cares to support pregnant frontline healthcare workers. We provided 1,000 Hegen PCTO™ Breastfeeding Starter Kits to pregnant healthcare workers in Singapore, across 13 medical workplaces in Singapore — offering them practical support that eases their daily lives and honours their commitment to both their families and the community.

Hegen Celebrates Breastfeeding: Gift‑A‑Pump

To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we gifted 1,000 electric breast pumps to educator‑mothers across Singapore, affirming our respect for teachers who nurture both children in classrooms and little ones at home. This initiative highlighted the dual roles many women fulfill and aimed to ease daily challenges by offering practical, empathetic support.

Safe Place

Since 2018, we’ve partnered with Safe Place to support mothers in vulnerable circumstances through breastfeeding and education, products, and awareness campaigns. As of 2023, Hegen has sponsored a total of 258 bottles & teats, 56 breast pumps, and impacted more than 80 mothers through this initiative.

The Breast Cancer Foundation (Pink Partnership)

As part of Pink Partnership 2024, we pledged 10% of total sales from our pink product range to support BCF’s education, advocacy, and survivorship programs. This initiative amplifies awareness, celebrates resilience, and reinforces our solidarity with women impacted by breast cancer.

Volunteering with Purpose

Our team brings care to life — participating in initiatives like Meals on Wheels, community outreach, and care-pack drives. Together, our employees dedicate hundreds of hands-on hours annually to serve hearts and homes beyond business, embodying Hegen’s ethos in action.

    Understanding the importance of nurturing not just our children but also the planet they will inherit, we run trade-in programmes regularly where parents can exchange their old bottles for new Hegen bottles at a discounted price. This initiative seamlessly aligns with our core values of sustainability, reflecting our dedication to the well-being of both our customers and the environment. 

    Our trade-in program not only facilitates the responsible disposal and recycling of used bottles but also educates our community on the importance of sustainable practices. Through this initiative, we hope to inspire a ripple effect, encouraging more families to make eco-friendly choices and contribute to a greener future.
