Warranty

To register the warranty for your Hegen PCTO™ Double Electric Breast Pump, simply scan the QR code at the back of the product. Your product’s serial number will either be displayed in a pop-up message or directly pre-filled within the warranty registration form (login to your your Hegen e-store account is required).

The following documents are required for the warranty registration:

  • Original proof of purchase;
  • Proof of EDD.

A warranty confirmation will be sent to your email within 1 week of registering your product. Please keep this email as it is required for the warranty claim and servicing process.

In the event that you need to claim the warranty for your Hegen PCTO™ Double Electric Breast Pump, head to the Warranty section of your Hegen e-store account and click "Claim Warranty". Please also attach a video or image of the defect observed in the product.

This warranty provides after sales coverage on the Breast Pump Device and Power Adapter for a period of 1 year. This product is warranted to a single user only and is non-transferrable.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, alteration, improper maintenance and connected to improper power supply. This warranty will commence from the date of purchase or your estimated due date, whichever is later.

Warranty servicing is strictly only for walk-in service at our Hegen Customer Service Centre located at:

Hegen Pte Ltd retains the right to repair and/or replace the product, subject to availability. Hegen Pte Ltd reserves the rights to make any amendments on the Terms and Conditions.
