This warranty provides after sales coverage on the Breast Pump Device and Power Adapter for a period of 1 year.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, alteration, improper maintenance and connected to improper power supply. This warranty will commence from the date of purchase. 

Warranty servicing is strictly only for walk-in service at our Hegen Customer Service Centre located at:

The following documents MUST BE presented during servicing:

  • Original proof of purchase;
  • Warranty confirmation that was sent to your email after registering your product.

This product is warranted to a single user only and is non-transferrable.

Hegen Pte Ltd retains the right to repair and/or replace the product, subject to availability.
