THE ROLE - Human Resources (HR) Executive

Hegen offers people-oriented, inquisitive and energetic Human Resources Executive the opportunity to contribute towards the growth in our fast-growing organisation. You will experience fulfilment by being part of an HR team responsible for designing moments to shape employees' everyday experiences. You possess knowledge and interest in Talent Acquisition activities by working closely with key stakeholders to identify the right talent for the organisation. You will also be an administrative expert to assist with operational queries and support.

Job Description:

  • Drive the Talent Acquisition activities by working closely with Management Team, Head-of-Department (HOD) and Line Manager(s) to understand business needs and the nature of search requirements
  • Document and track recruitment performance on a weekly basis and present regular updates to stakeholders
  • Analyze Talent Acquisition metrics (quarterly) and propose strategies to improve and enhance Talent Acquisition activities
  • Perform external sourcing on job portals and drive internal sourcing by encouraging and monitoring the Employee Referral programme
  • Manage the candidate’s experience by conducting screening(s) [phone/video], interview(s) [initial stage] and follow-up
  • Understand market climate and conditions to evaluate organisation’s competitiveness and propose salary ranges for new & existing positions
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to drive internship(s) recruitment and oversees Hegen Interns Accelerator Programme (IAP)
  • Engage candidates by identifying and participating in career fairs
  • Create and design employee experience by launching employee engagement activities
  • Support Human Resource operations and administrative activities including working closely with external HR management and system vendor(s)
  • Brainstorm and ideate HR content on social media channels to spread awareness of employee experience at Hegen
  • Any other task(s) assigned by Reporting Officer


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field of studies
  • 0 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition will be advantageous
  • Priority management skills and starter-finisher approach to all tasks

  • Possess strong business acumens and analytical skills to propose strategic initiatives
