The Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for innovation? We are seeking a Solutions Design & Implementation Specialist to join our Strategy & Transformation team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance, enhancement and seamless operation of our digital platforms, infrastructure and processes. Your resourcefulness and expertise will be crucial in reinventing legacy systems and workflows. Responsibilities

  • Identify, propose and drive implementation of improvement opportunities, including enhancement of processes and procedures to aid user platform experience within the team
  • Assist with new project implementation that improves processes and workflows to support new business growth for the company
  • Support the team in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our platforms and systems such the brand website, ERP, CRM, WMS and other platforms tools
  • Provide L1/L2 helpdesk support and assistance to resolve IT-related issues
  • Produce instructional documentation and user guides, as well as provide internal user training, to assist users on our applications and systems
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing on deliverables during the implementation phase of projects
  • Manage cross-functional software-as-a-service (SaaS) projects from planning to execution, including timeline tracking, resource coordination, vendor communication, and post-implementation issue management
  • Demonstrate understanding of e-commerce operations including e-commerce platform setup and configuration (e.g. Shopify), including theme customization and app integrations
  • Familiar with e-commerce marketplaces including listing management, promotions, and order fulfilment workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in platform implementations, systems management or project coordination
  • Proficient in troubleshooting issues on both Windows and MacOS environments
  • Experience with an e-commerce platform (i.e. Shopify); basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Exposure to CRM (i.e., Zendesk, Intercom) and ERP Accounting Systems (i.e., SAP, Dynamics 365, Xero, Quickbooks) is advantageous
  • Familiarity with selling on major online marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
  • Self-starter, motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong desire to learn and improve, with a problem-solving mindset and strives for continuous improvement
  • Proactive and resourceful with a keen eye for system/process enhancements
