THE ROLE – Assistant Operations Manager (Hegen By Me)

Hegen offers forward-looking and analytical Assistant Operations Manager with the opportunity to identify, create and expand new and existing opportunities within the Hegen By Me business model. With your business focus and creative abilities, you will identify possibilities to support the company's growth plans. A growth-centric organisation, you will play a key role in experiencing and contributing to the elevation and improvement of existing operations to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically architect the business growth and possibilities of the Hegen By Me business model, which includes customisation and personalisation, logistics fulfilment and business development
  • Build operating framework and processes to support other business unit(s) in the implementation, execution and growth of Hegen By Me
  • Lead and manage a team of Operations & Personalisation specialists to ensure all department KPIs are achieved
  • Manage operation and distribution capacity and activities, such as inventory levels, supplies and equipments to ensure adequate capacity and capability to deliver required outputs
  • Perform forecasting to manage department operations, micro and macro level
  • Understand the machinery operations to execute and perform training whenever necessary
  • Review financial metrics and data to provide insights for further development
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management or any discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic abilities in past experiences
  • Prior experiences in start-ups functions will be advantageous
  • Highly analytical and strategic in identifying and creating possibilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactiveness and approachable team player with a "hands-on" approach
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Resourceful and able to implement new or best practices, resolve challenges with feasible solutions and provide effective guidance & support to the team
