Terms and Conditions

  • Contest is valid from 26 April 2017, 1200hrs SGT to 2 May 2017, 2359hrs SGT.
  • Facebook winners will be notified via our Facebook account.
  • Ten (10) sets of Hegen Limited Edition Mother's Day 2017 Collection will be given away to five (5) participants who followed the steps in the Facebook contest post.
  • Entries submitted after 2 May 2017 will not be considered and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  • Only one (1) entry per participant will be considered. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first entry will be considered.
  • Winners must currently be residing in Singapore.
  • The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
  • Promotion is not valid with other promotions, discounts and redemptions.
  • It is a condition of entry that winners consent to the publication of their names and social media platform identifiers (in the format of username, profile picture and/or submitted photo) on Facebook and/or Instagram for publicity purposes.
  • The Management reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this contest or withdraw any of the prizes featured without prior notice.
  • All information stipulated is correct at the time of post/print and is subject to change without prior notice.
  • By entering the contest, the participant may be contacted to provide your personal information for purpose of prize collection should his/her entry be selected.
  • Should the winner be un-contactable, the Management reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner, forfeit the prize or donate the prize to charity.
  • By entering the contest, the participant hereby gives the Management the rights to use the submitted entry content (text or visual) for future marketing activities which may be published in any channel without seeking any permission from the participant. The participant relinquishes all rights to claim any payment whatsoever for the use of the submitted entry content (text or visual) for future marketing activities.
  • Any cost associated with entering the contest is the participant’s responsibility
  • Facebook is not a sponsor of the contest. The contest is in no way endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook.  You understand you are providing your information to the Management and not to Facebook.
